Get to know your area's housing prices, job growth and go out and get them.Ask MANY questions here, and procure a lawyer of you do not understand a contract.Find a niche, whether it be wholesaling or buying to hold and collect rent.Good luck, Rachael.

Or like what happened to some of my borrowers the PM just collect about 3 months worth of rent and fled with 250k  only to be arrested down the road and go to prison.

The shared office staff would handle administrative tasks like collecting mail, answer phone calls and schedule appts all day long (included in my rental agreement).
