Hello, my name is Rachel Jackson, I am 22 and live in the Cleveland area. I am new to everything real estate, but eager to soak up as much info as I can! I am in school and work full time in healthcare, so I and am looking to get into real estate part-time. I would like to use wholesaling to make some money, and eventually invest in a multi-unit property. I am just starting out, getting to know the basics, so any helpful tips or resources are greatly appreciated!
