This community is nestled into a nice wooded setting and feels very comfortable and there are lots of restaurants, retail stores, Walmart and a Lowe’s a very short drive away.

I have a nice 4 bedroom with a two car garage on tenth in Marion that rents for $1300 but it has hard wood floors, vinyl siding and windows, a kitchenette in the basement, etc.

They don't use two coats of poly, rather, they use one coat of a "sealer" that really soaks up into the wood once its been sanded.
