(Another tip: in Word, if you're having trouble aligning the addresses on the envelop when you print, you have to use "Japanese Post Card" under "Page Layout" & "Size" and change it to Landscape so the area you're typing in is congruent with A2 envelope size.If you decide to get that HP printer I mentioned, you can order a 9,000 page yield toner at inkcartridges.

I had seen others mentioning the same, including buying $1m life insurance policies via credit card... swiped 2000 times because of a $5000 limit per transaction.

A really great lesson and experience to learn.I'm not trying to convince anyone to buy pricey multi-Family buildings in good locations by "House Hacking" it.... but there is merit in the chronological history in what I achieved.I hope this perspective helps the reader of this post to see Investing in other ways than just looking at today's cashflow and with no though about future appreciation.Investor Llew

Some people use(or even max out) credit cards to take these courses- and I doubt these classes offer much more than a good book on the subject.
