As others have mentioned, off-market may be the best way to go, so it might just be targeting an area and type of property you are looking for and start a text/mail campaign

I also have the list automator and know that it can show you whenever a property appears on multiple lists, campaigns, etc.My question is if there is a way that I can know that a property is a duplicate before I actually pull it.
