I have read multiple articles about this and really have no other contacts in the business yet as I am extremely new in this arena.

Hi Everyone -  I've decided that it's time to take the plunge (TAKE ACTION) as I've heard so many times via the podcasts, articles.

Here is a great article about the need for more housing assistance. 85,000 people applied to be in the lottery where 30,000 will be added to the wait list.

I have read many posts and articles about certain "rules" you are supposed to follow in real estate investing. 

I am really wanting to get into real estate investing and read in several books and articles about being mentored.
