All just food for thought and meant to spur some good ideas I hope!

No one is complaining about "fast food saturation", because everyone wants to eat. 

I'm asking because we have a 3-week-old baby and I lost my main source of income, lost our apartment, I'm relying solely on wholesaling to support my family right now (extended stay hotel, food, etc) and we all know that it can take up to 30 days or more for closing.

I'm hearing any sort of free food is a magnet but I'm not sure.

Broke the handles the kitchen faucet, put Pennie’s in the garbage disposal, food in the fridge, evidence of 2 fires.

It will definitely give you some food for thought, even though it is older, and a bit sappy in how it's written, it will inspire you.  

Later I found out they buy wet dog food, get all sorts of government subsidies, get free food from the local pantries; they smoke, they drink, it goes on.Your renters may think they are entitled to more if you raise rent.
