While there are a few things in the software I would love to have them improve, the overall experience has been pain-free.

I don't think any software is necessary for your first 10 units other than a simple spreadsheet. 

While it can be complicated, the joy of technology is that now you can “earmark” expenses in QuickBooks or related software to keep your bookkeeping manageable.

Currently purchasing a 56 unit property and seller is utilizing Appfolio as their property management software.

Now we are starting to get a lot more software that is very useful and they are rolling out new features and updates every week. 

I recently got a job as a software developer and I want to house hack on the next property I get into.
