Real Estate Brokerage Advice

Hi there, I am currently enrolled and taking my RE license courses ( For Utah) and the decision of which brokerage to join is getting closer each day as I work through the classes. I am curious if anyone has any advice and or personal experiences they would share about joining their first brokerage? I have been meeting with a broker from both Caldwell Banker and Keller Williams. Both seem like great choices, but I keep seeing negative things being said about them in on line employee reviews. Any Feedback On Either Of These Brokerages/ Companies? I should probably say that I am looking for an environment that will support, guide, and teach me as I am learning the ropes. I will supply the hustle, I just need someone to help me make sure I'm hustling in the right direction. I want all these benefits with a fair commission split, I know I probably sound like I'm asking a lot, but I just want to set myself up to succeed. Do you experienced agents/brokers think that the actual brokerage I join is important for my success? Or is my success more hinged on my mindset and work ethic as an agent and not so much the brokerage? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Joshua
