Very new to the rental investment community. I'm looking to absorb as much knowledge as possible to start off with smart investments. Looking for recommendations for apps that everyone uses regularly. Thanks

How new are you? I don't think any software is necessary for your first 10 units other than a simple spreadsheet. Software is supposed to solve problems which means you need to have enough work to identify problems. Then you can find software to solve those problems.

I use tools for marketing, document storage, photo/video editing, market analysis, maintenance tracking, contact management, and many other things. But I also own 20 units and manage 300 more for others so my needs are probably completely different than yours. An owner with two single-family homes has different needs than an owner with 20 units in other states or an owner with a single apartment complex with 100 units.

Identify the problems that limit your ability to move forward. Then find solutions to those problems.
