Hey everyone! My name's Anthony and I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as I plan to be an active member here on BP. I'm looking to start investing in small multi-family rentals in New York. I've started my initial search for my first property in the Hudson Valley area of New York.

I'm 35 and I work & live in NYC. I was a homeowner at the age of 24 down in FL. I've since sold that property but fell in love with real estate at that point. Now, 10 years later...I'm at a place in my life where I ready to take the next step and focus on making my real estate investing dreams a reality. 

I'm looking forward to learning and getting to know my fellow members here on BP. I appreciate all the information and knowledge you all share.
