@Kevin Turano, if the owner carry note is less than the total amount of gain you'll have you can also simply accept the note and do a partial exchange on the rest of the sale.

It was a digitally signed email pdf, I'm simply trying to get the payment agreement re-instated, I sent them back another .pdf that they had sent me today, I'm just worried that they may be trying to pull a sneaky move so they can foreclose on the property and sell it out from under me.
