MLB player excited to get started in REI

Matt Magill
Posted

I hope everyone is having a great week! My name is Matt and I am supper fired up to begin my real estate investing journey. I love learning and growing and real estate has always been a passion of mine. I have been a professional baseball player ever since I was drafted out of high school so all my attention has gone there but I'm ready to dive in the game.

I currently live in Phoenix AZ and the market here is crazy. I have been looking for good deals here and surrounding areas just so I can be more hands on and see it. (Tucson, Vegas, Albuquerque)

Any advice is great advice!

God Bless!

@Matt Magill welcome to BP.

Yeah, Phoenix is hot, in more than one way ;-)
Tucson and Abq are great alternatives, but they have also seen a lack of inventory lately. But, there are still deals to be found if you connect with the right people.
@Joshua Christensen can definitely help you source deals in Albuquerque.
Let me know how else we can help.
