I found the department that did, completed the application request, and it was approved within a matter of days.Moral of the story: Just because someone gives you an answer doesn't mean they actually have any authority.

You could form an LLC. but just know title will ask you for the corporate docs to verify signing authority so all the listing agent needs to do is ask title who will be signing before closing or look up the info themselves.
