Can anyone suggest where I might go to get a loan at just slightly higher interest rates so that I can still make decent margins renting the property?

I think this is less of a concern in Tempe specifically for investors because many of the condo complexes are investor heavy here.

I am investing in few properties in US ( Michigan to be specific), but also looking at other states as well.

I assume this amount is fine for a nonrefundable amount and done by them but I would still like to find out the amount so I know.Also do you have them sign something specific stating the fee is nonrefundable.

We purchased a home in 2013 and are now looking for deals in the area, specifically multifamily units. 

The deal had multiple bidders and is in a marginal neighborhood.

The BRRR strategy and owning multi-family units specifically interests me.

I haven't specifically gone out and looked in a while, but every once in a while one will peak my interest that I see.
