Do you have any books or podcasts you would recommend for someone who is attempting to figure out how to “organize the puzzle pieces”, so to speak?

I've tried to work with her to organize a plan. 

Gave one tenant a hundred dollar discount to organize and bring the cans to the street both garbage days of the week.

What is your favorite management software to keep all of your properties organized?

I have been extremely busy and am the primary organizer, so that plus COVID has reduced their frequency recently. 

It's always worth asking.I'm trying to figure out how to sponsor the organization, but even that will not be considered a charitable contribution because I'll gain some marketing advantage out of it.

Write down what information you are lacking in an organized way, find the answers as best as you can (search online / ask specific questions about something you don't know), compare options, make a decision, and own it.
