What is your favorite management software to keep all of your properties organized?

What features do you like best about your recommendation?

I'm looking for something to manage myself until portfolio grows enough to turn it over to a PM.

Thanks in advance!

@Thea Jenkins I'm biased but of course I use Innago for mine and it works great. A few things I particularly find useful:

    • I own properties with family members. It's easy to have multiple LLCs and give different people access to different properties
    • Signing leases and other documents online is a huge help
    • It's free to use

Some of the basics you should always look for that are musts include online payments, automated late fees and reminders, and the ability to easily message your renters.

Happy to share any other info if needed!
