I would not be scared to walk there at night, nor any area in the fox cities  but that location along with the Jefferson park area in Kenosha is about as bad as it get in the fox cities in my opinion.

I am haopy with the deal but would like to see what others think as far as risk return.The unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, 900 sq ft, 450 sq ft storage space, balcony, in unit washer dryer, outdoor parking, brand new paint and carpet, with appliances that are far from new but good condition.I analyzed the deal using the rental rates others are getting in the complex and subtracting all of the known expenses.

This was the biggest feedback, no covered parking and no real back yard for a deck or patio.4.)

I have heard Logan city can be tricky to deal with with zoning, parking etc.

I had been expecting more along the lines of "requires dedicated parking space" or "kitchen may not have a stove" type of thing. 

We manage both apartment builidings and mobile home parks.  

Something like that is designed for old ladies to park their cash or for you to buy a 2M house by the ocean and catch a couple bucks of rent in the back.CA is the 6th biggest economy in the world, snugly wedged right between the UK and France.

If this deal passes I'm sure there are other deals in that immediate area that will also sell in that ball park.
