HelloI am new to the forum and I am doing some research on options in bring in cash with real estate.

I'm looking to do this first deal with no money out of my pocket (because I don't have the funding to do so) and my research has led me to transitional funding to show my proof of funds.

I am looking for a virtual realty group in Washington State (I live in Seattle) to hang my license with that doesn't have any outrageous flat fees.I came across Summit Realty Group http://summitrealtygrp.com/They look like the perfect fit for me but as I do my research I have come across folks accusing the firm of withholding commissions and performing other scandalous activities.

@Ryan Steele yeah I felt disgusted and felt like someone punched me in the belly when I started researching all this stuff...

I'm researching to see if it was extended.

@Roy N.Hey Roy.Absolutely right, that's why I caveated with :Once you find what countries have British common law then you can drill down on the specifics of ownership and if there are any quirky restrictions, but for the most part, British Common law jurisdictions allow fee simple title and little restriction on foreign ownership.If I were investing in Canada, I would have known that little quirk.That is why it is absolutely essential to do your research and understand the legal and economic drivers of the markets in which you invest.

You will just have to do your research and find one in your area.

I saw that my buying agent and the listing agent work for the same realty, and are both listed as "dual agents" on my paperwork.I've researched quite a bit (and feel mostly ok about this)--- but am asking you pro's.

I had always been interested in real estate, and with some encouragement from a couple of friends I started reading investment books and doing some research.
