I told my lender, hire a property manager and turn it into a rental.

It could also be worthless if they are only doing long term rentals since its all passive income...

My general understanding of California rentals is that if the building was built prior to 1974 and has 16 units or greater, an on-site property manager is required. 

Does anyone have a rental agreement for pad split or room rental?

Hi,I live in TX and I'm looking to buy a rental property. 

MY PLAN: My plan was always to refinance the mortgage when rates dropped in the future, so my hope is that my mortgage would eventually come down to around $1,500-1,550 which then makes my numbers closer, as rental prices increase over time.

Real quick we live in Maine, own 1 rental home in Arkansas.

There is a shortage of rental properties in Calvert County and Saint Mary's County in southern Maryland. 

I am closing on my third single family home rental. 

I feel i’ve grown a bit fast for myself and now have secured 3 rental properties under my belt in one year - Two being out-of-state and one being my primary residence turned into a rental, which is what brought me to this question: does anyone know any real estate attorneys in Texas that can look over my lease agreement?
