Whoever qualifies for that probably won't need them.Yes many GPs have experienced hardship but you can see those who really care about what they are doing and those who don't.

As General Partners (GPs), we juggle a lot—talking with vendors, negotiating with buyers and sellers, and ensuring the deal stays on track.

While I understand the basic structure of General Partners (GP) and Limited Partners (LP), I was under the impression that GPs always had to put 'skin in the game.'

I have started investing for a few years and had some good results with a few GPs but even those GPs who had been coaching other people had really bad results this year (mainly no distribution).

Would love to hear some input from the GPs out there on the most efficient way to do this.Thanks! 

Playing around with my Excel spreadsheet and got to thinking about selling my rental property in the next few months vs waiting until it's paid off in Jun 2027. 

I'm planning to turn it into a rental and was wondering if I should consider hiring a property manager for my first rental.

The majority of my income comes from my rental portfolio.

I'm curious of the current market demand for student housing and appeal to rental investors.
