Before the work, our house elevation was +0.5  readings the highest,  - 2.5  in several other low spots. 

So what was your experience one year later?

Unfortunately, this was not clear in the book, which is unfortunate, since otherwise it is a very good and detailed read.

From my experience it is primarily conventional, FHA or VA loans that can be assumed.

I'm not sure their experience with something like this, but they would definitely know the right people if it's not something they can do.
