Those other opportunities will lead you to create a system(s) to get those other opportunities (talking to attorneys, direct mail, SEO, networking with agents etc..).

Jermy are you saying with this system you can have an account for monies from different properties, and save them under the property addresses or names?

The multiple heating systems and hot water tanks don't make sense.
