Just getting Started.
Hello everyone! My husband and I have been trying to get rolling for awhile in real estate investing. We've been unable to secure a deal up to this point. I was just curious what everyone was experiencing in their markets as far as marketing goes. What forms of marketing are working out best for you and why you think it, and what your worst one is and why.

I don't quite understand what you are trying to market? That you are an investor looking for a deal?
You will have better luck just driving for dollars, or viewing properties that are already listed on the MLS.
I used an agent and viewed probably 50 houses before my first investment property. It took me 9 months to find the right deal, and that was back in 2017.
