What I like about these is that they control where the heat is set to and default to turning the heat down:6:00 AM – 9:00 AM 70 Degrees 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 65 Degrees 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM 70 Degrees 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM 65 DegreesAt any point in time the heat can be put up to a max of 71 degrees, and will hold this until the next scheduled adjustment.

I use direct mail (yellow letters) and I am always pleasantly surprised by the responses and the response rates.  

Smaller cities maybe be dependant upon one market segment or a limited number of large employers and they are unlikely to do well in times of economic distress.

Unfortunately, I will be out of town tomorrow, and I am pretty certain I won't make it back in time for 6:00.

Not a pleasant solution but better than nothing.

If they're like most talkers, they won't sue at any point in time.

Vet them online, ask for client references etc.This is a big decision in time and money. 

I’m intrigued by the market in Akron/Cleveland area but am intimated by doing it from a distance.

I am familiar with Utah County and it is exploding right now, but I would count on 3% as well (worse case you're pleasantly  surprised?).
