Landlord Thermostat
Good Morning BP! I am listing an apartment for rent and want to include heat which is oil and I am in New England. What is a good programmable thermostat that can't be tampered with? Any advice would be helpful.

A thermostat can always be tampered with. Even if you lock it up (which you should verify with your attorney is allowed) someone can hang a bag of ice over it. Landlord paid heat means tenants are going to be careless with the heat. You might look into some sort of measuring system for the heat.
