Out of State investing in Akron Area- good or bad idea?

I’m intrigued by the market in Akron/Cleveland area but am intimated by doing it from a distance. I’d like to find a great property managment company to help with the process but am still unsure if that will mitigate the risk enough. Thoughts? Advice?
