Do you have children? 

Went Pro and in less then a month put my first deal under contract this year, its a fixer, 2/1  that was shaken off it foundation but no worries just work, the ARV will come in at about 53-56% and will be a flip once it is finished, thanks BP community, you guys inspired me to move and take action!!

It would be a good idea for the children to be aware that you have interest in the house since ultimately they most likely will be the ones selling the house.

Great post , I am just getting started  and that was helpful and inspiring . 

Plenty of people have done well investing in college locations for initial use for their children.  

I also think these could be popular additions to lots with an existing SFH - both for "boomerang children" and an aging parent.I think currently the biggest hurdle is the zoning restrictions - in areas where they get loosened up, I think they will be relatively popular.

Bigger Pockets  is a website that connects real estate investors from all over, offering topical advice, leads, motivation and resources in written and audio format, making it an ideal place to go for tips and inspiration.

I know right now it is pretty one sided since I am still learning everything I can, but I hope to bring value to the table when I can.I heard your podcast with ..... and it was very inspirational.
