Hello, I am Bruce Brown. I am in Cedar Rapids, IA. I have been a member of BP for about 2 weeks. Just observing and reading. And I gotta say that this is the most informative real estate website I have ever visited. Seasoned investors advising and connecting with the newbies and vice versa. It's motivational and inspirational.

My short and long term goals here is to make lasting relationships with my fellow members. I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can, especially those in my local and surrounding area. Ask and answer as many questions as I am able. And with time and more experience, become a contributing factor in this "electronic community".

In the physical world, my goals are the same. To make whatever community I buy, sell, or fix and flip in a better place, for the present and coming generations. Building communities both large and small, and become financially free while doing it! LOL..... Well, somebody's gotta get paid!
