Hi everyone, My name is Jeremy Martinez and I have been interested in REI for sometime now but had no clue where to start. Since listening to BiggerPockets I have been inspired by all these amazing success stories. I currently live in an apartment and pay way to much for rent. I'm not sure what niche I would like to do but absolutely open to all. I would love to have a mentor in my area who can teach me and of course learn from all these great investors on BiggerPockets. I'm currently starting to save up money for my first property and can't wait to continue to gain knowledge from BiggerPockets. Can't wait to network with everyone! Thanks Jeremy
