Ideally, two 4-unit properties but however I get there is fine by me.

Second, if you have read it, re-read it, and more it importantly begin applying the lessons/ideas in the book to your life (ideally along with a great morning routine).Again..

Ideally you or your agent would have access to a standard form that says basically the same thing. 

My ideal exit strategy for the 3 properties will be to fix and flip for a total ARV of 210,000 for the properties with about 50,000 estimated for rehab costs from my contractor who has a proven track record.

This rehab/rental-turn took too long to complete, but the results are pretty good.  We've got an approved application (getting holding deposit tomorrow) from 2 well-qualified tenants, and I'll be overjoyed to shut off...

I'm trying to install some LED rope lights around my balcony/deck area and ideally I'd like to plug the lights into my HVAC Closet rather than using the outdoor outlet that I have to have a cleaner look.

So sure, ideally it would all even out, but with a slim margin for error.Any thoughts/advice/comments?

Since I am still getting over the brain annurism and stroke I have been on that website about 8 hours a day.
