Hi Folks~ We are selling our business and looking for an income producing property for purchase- I have come across strip malls and I have no experience with this property type. How risky is it v. apartments? or pro/cons?

thanks!

Nancy

I just bought my first strip mall as part of a transition to more NNN property. It's a solid 8 CAP so great cash on cash with my 80% LTV loan.
Mom a huge believer in internet disruption by t it won't disrupt everything. This strip mall has stuff perfectly targeted to the submarket it's in.
