Well when you flip lease option contracts in most states, the state run agency that governs real estate agents really want you to have a real estate license.

I signed up for a program that offered up to 750,000 in financial backing per deal, but of course, there are so many stipulations to get that money that I don’t even want to use them.

Have you ever had the government give you a break?

I know of other programs that offer the same service for much less (Epic Fast Funding is one of them, but it's really a referral to another company). 

Looking to hear from anyone who has used this program or has heard any positive or negative reviews.

When I see POF's from certain sources, some off the internet and some local(a couple I know are just BS as part of a wholesale mentor/partner program) straight to the trash they go.  

There was a lot of discussion about this program 5 year ago.

Overall Reading, really needs a change within city government to get things moving in a positive direction.

I have also been involved with Renatus by attending many of their free meetings but don't want to get caught up in buying their program if I don't need to, as the MLM aspect of the company is definitely a disincentive for me.

We have then done the renovations for a small % mark up and then we manage the home through our program.
