Berkshire Hathaway MAP Program?
Looking to hear from anyone who has used this program or has heard any positive or negative reviews. On paper it seems too good to be true and I can't find any reviews online. From what I understand you need to be licensed to participate but don't necessarily have to work for BH.
The program states: "We purchase the home cash, put up all the money for renovations, (No Liability to you and no money out of your pocket). When we flip the house, you split the profit made 50/50 with the company. All you have to do is find the property to flip, and do the research. It's that simple"
