The Question: What's an efficient approach to networking and building a core 4 OOS?  

The recent tax incentive programs with the inflation reduction act got me thinking around how many tax credits, rebate programs, grant programs, loan programs, etc are out there from public and private entities that can help minimize up front costs for home renovations related to energy efficiency / clean energy.As I dug into it I realized how much money / incentives are out there for these types of renovations that I was very uninformed on.

Very energy efficient.

They are very efficient as long as they are in a heated space.

Is there a faster more efficient way to do this ?

The 3148 NE side has a vacant efficiency (bedroom, kitchen, bath) on the first floor and a vacant 1-bedroom on the second floor.

Markets are efficient and all great investments eventually get crowded with people seeking yields.

That is not to emphasize day one cash-flow, for us it's simply a function of being efficient and timely with how we operate.  

The idea being we can improve everyone’s efficiency by not repeating neighborhoods too frequently.
