Data Platform for Homeowners / Investors?

Hi, I’m a homeowner / real estate investor that’s also trying to get some feedback on a product idea. The recent tax incentive programs with the inflation reduction act got me thinking around how many tax credits, rebate programs, grant programs, loan programs, etc are out there from public and private entities that can help minimize up front costs for home renovations related to energy efficiency / clean energy.

As I dug into it I realized how much money / incentives are out there for these types of renovations that I was very uninformed on. I figure I can’t be the only one and this can benefit homeowners across the US to better understand how to access these incentives.

I’m building a test product where one can enter where they live and some info about their home / renovations they want to make, and they’d get a report on incentives they’re eligible for and info on how to apply / access.

Is this useful / something members of this community would actually use? In either case - why?

Thanks!! Can share a link of the prototype if anyone is interested but really just trying to understand if others would benefit from this.
