Exporting lead lists

I am currently pulling lists from BatchLeads and I am aware of the feature that shows DNC and known litigators. My problem is I do not want to have to sift through 10000 leads one by one to get rid of the DNC and litigators prior to exporting into my CRM. Is there a faster more efficient way to do this ?
