Everyone I have know it's not about what brokerage you belong to but what YOU do that creates success. 

Drinking may have been involved on either side or both sides. the maintenance guy does visit his mother there pretty regularly, and tends to combine these two tasks into a single trip.

Absent any known events, are any of you on this forum in seller financing or notes and would be interested in meeting up for lunch or drinks?

And it ould be long term with increases about every 5 years...I haven't had any luck reaching anyone in these retailers' real estate departments, but I've only been working on it a week or 2; I need to find out exactly what the retailer's parameters/criteria would be to expand into a certain market and enter into a ground lease agreement...I see you posted this several months ago.

It's like drinking from a fire hose.Most important is having good advisors.
