My name is Xavier Marin. I am a out of state buy and hold investor in Tennessee and relocated to the Twin Cities last summer. I am currently renting an apartment near downtown Minneapolis and I am looking to purchase a multifamily w/a 5% owner occupant loan or potentially using a 203k loan to purchase a single family home to add value.
