Newbie investor from Grand Rapids, Michigan

Hi BP Community!

My name is Mark Bouman and I'm a new real estate investor in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  I have spent 4 years managing real estate in Greater Grand Rapids; 2 years in residential and 2 in commercial.  After taking a couple year hiatus in Colorado and Bolivia I'm back in Grand Rapids and currently house hacking a single family and own a 2-unit near downtown GR.  I've definitely had some growing pains so far but I'm excited to continue learning from and connecting with investors, managers, vendors, and real estate enthusiasts.  Excited to be a part of the BP Community!
