Tesla is the huge one but don't forget that about many of the other companies adding a large amount of jobs such as Moca in Bastrop (400) Cangshan Cutlery Leaner (150), Ovivo in Hutto (120), Perfect Game in Lander (127).

Chris,My difficulty with selling if your are still looking to be a buyer with the cash proceeds is that you are playing both ends of a hot market which nets out.With regards to your question on determining a price, you can look at comps in your area or reach out to an agent if you have one.Real estate is very much a numbers game in my opinion.

We feel like there is still room for entry into the market for a house this size that has nice amenities (hot tub, BBQ, games, etc.), but are still a little uncertain given concerns about STR market saturation in the area, and potential drop in home values over the next 6-12 months.
