How to buy multi unit when you have a house already?
I’m really motivated to start investing in multi unit buildings. I want to know the best way to buy a building when already having a house. What programs can I still qualify for and any ideas to get the best outcome when trying to buy. Any tips or advise would be appreciated!!

Kenny,
You can purchase up to 10 homes in your personal name through conventional mortgage programs. Lots of other factors are considered, but you should have no problem getting approved already owning a primary residence.
