I had one HVAC company charging me 3x the Home Depot price of a heater, so I got a good contractor (had him some 15ys now) to do the job for 2x - - nice savings.Had an issue with a well know plumbing company wanting 14k to tear out a bathtub and jackhammer the foundation to solve a backup problem :ouch: I put the job out to bid and we resolved the issue thru the exterior wall - - 2.5k.

Since all probate laws are by state, it will depend on where the probate is being administered and the capacity, powers and authority that they seek and are granted.An informal summary probate has the advantage of a short(er) duration but does not provide for any interim powers to sell until distribution, unlike a formal probate.Your best course of action is to seek to connect with PR 's having big issues that are difficult for them to solve.

It's not a matter of credit utilization or length of history, and getting more scores is not going to solve my problem.So let me ask this instead: How is it possible for a credit bureau to say the reason for your low score is frequent delinquent payments when you have never had any delinquent payments and that same credit bureau's full report confirms no delinquent payments?
