Hi All,

I own a property management company in the Philadelphia Area.  I am a realtor and have expertise in property management.  My experience includes tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, evictions, as well as with local laws and ordinances related to rentals in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.  I am glad to contribute to any discussions in my areas of expertise.
