Looking to connect with residential land buyers in Richmond, Va and Birmingham/AL. 

Options:1) Wait for the right duplex to go on the market and expect to pay $160-$200k for it with rents around $1400-$1600 for a 3 bedroom. 2) buy a massive project for $90k off market from our real estate agent.

I found Foremost, who would take new clients with a loss history, but they are not able to insure a condo policy.I also tried working with insurance agents but have not been successful so far.If anyone has a recommendation for a great agent or an insurance company, I would greatly appreciate it.

Home seems to be in great condition as I spoke to the REO agent and they were able to give me the "inside scoop" on the condition of the property.
