Any recommendations for insurance for a landlord policy in Texas?
Hi all, I've been having a hard time finding a landlord policy that will insure a condo and a property with a loss history. I need to convert my primary home to a rental property. The issue I'm running into is that I made a claim last year due to the hailstorm here in Austin. I found Foremost, who would take new clients with a loss history, but they are not able to insure a condo policy.
I also tried working with insurance agents but have not been successful so far.
If anyone has a recommendation for a great agent or an insurance company, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
