Compensating non-agents for sending real estate investment deals
Is there any legal way to compensate someone without their real estate license for sending you a real estate deal (wholesale, flip, etc.)? There is an option to give equity, but I do not love that option in all cases. By the way, I am in Florida.
Thanks!

Of course, you can pay them a referral fee. It can be a line item on the buyer's side closing statement. You can do a side agreement between you and the person who is referring it, and they can submit an invoice to escrow. Feel free to reach out if you need help on that.
