I'm thinking of ways to invest some money to bring me a residual income so I have watched Bob Diamond blueprint on overages.Has anyone tried hus program or currently using the program today.

I hate vinyl as it's just a photo of wood, printed onto plastic and depending on the product, then put on top of smashed cardboard.I do sub $1/sf tile if I want to be cheap but even my cheap apartments get hardwood. 

My manager is maybe 3 hours  away and has a huge foot print of staff and systems, but he has to be on deck on occasion.

I expected slowness but was surprised about the amount of small print and the poor communications and the inefficiency.
