Is it ok to use laminate or vinyl flooring on a flip over $500K
Hello all,
My wife and I are working on our first live in flip in Houston TX and we’re looking for advice/thoughts on flooring options. Does anyone use laminate or vinyl vs real hardwood on properties over $500K?
Thank you

you can use vinyl in very small areas like laundry room.. but for your main floors and thinking about your 500k market there which is probably a move up to very nice.. I would at least put in engineered HW.
although I was just through a new build next to one of my new communiteis and their base home at 500k has laminate floors.. and they are selling one a week at 500k plus.. but if it was me and one off I would spring for a little extra.
