I am born and raised down here and now have been living in my primary residence for a year and half now and just getting into the mindset of generating passive income and cash flow, myself.Multi-family definitely seems to be a theme of what I read as to what is the best bet, but of course, above all, it has to be a deal in the first place.

I would bet that more often than not, you also have more flexibility as well.Also, while I don't have experience finding a mentor (mine is my Dad), a good mentor is INVALUABLE.
